about me

Born in Grays,Essex, England, lived in Egypt since 1975. Married to Briksan my Egyptian wife.
I work as Project operations manager in Port Sudan.
My idea of relaxation after a hard days work is to spend time in the kitchen. Enjoy cooking and enjoy watching my wife enjoy eating!
She's only 47 kg (around 100 lbs)and can eat what she wants without gaining any weight.
Garlic makes the meal!

Favorite Foods:

I have been asked on quite a few occasions to open a restaurant but rejected the idea because I wouldn't want to lose my hobby!
I can cook anything, liking the taste of mostly Egyptian, Indian and chinese style foods.
