I am a married, full-time mother of three and live up in the mountains near Salt Lake City, Utah. I love to cook almost as much as I love to eat!
If I had to live off of just one food, it would be Martin's Pretzels. No question.
I also love anything spicy, salty and/or savory - spicy tuna rolls, anything with nam pla in it, gazpacho, hot and sour soup, potstickers, tabouli, chips and salsa etc.
The best meal I have ever had was at Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, Italy. That meal was absolutely perfect.
