I'm a graduate of St. John's University, with a degree in Childhood Education. I am happily married to a wonderful man, and we have a beautiful baby daughter, together, who was born in October '08. We are hoping to leave Staten Island within a few years to raise our children in a quieter, more family-friendly atmosphere.

Favorite Foods:

I am addicted to carbs, and my waistline definitely shows it. I go off and on the South Beach Diet every few months. I love to bake. I make good Tzatziki sauce (white sauce — Greek salad dressing). Vegetables of all kinds are welcome on my plate, though my husband apparently has a strong aversion to anything green. I love carbs of any kind (except potatoes, which of course my husband adores).
