Hi
My name is Lene, I'm from Denmark, but have lived in Australia since 1983. I love Australia except for Christmas time. Christmas to me is lots of candles, hot food, crafts. This year (2001) we've had the hottest summer ever. The candles are melting, only salads are worth eating, too hot to do crafts.

Favorite Foods:

I love the traditional Danish cuisine, and so happy to have found some recipes here. My books are by now single pieces of paper. When we celebrate anything in our family, we always have a Danish Smorgasbord.
