I live north of Boston, in Manchester, NH.
I have been cooking for 7.5 years, in the restaurant business for 8 years. I began as a dishwasher and worked my way up to Management after several years, starting when I was 16.5. I'm now slowly getting out of the restaurant biz, and into the computer field. I have my associates in computer science so I am going that route for work, but I love to cook.
I enjoy coking any sort of sautee'd dish, and I love experimenting with other types of cooking - baked dishes, and, since I'm a guy tis fitting, I love to cook on the grill.
I have an awesome chicken marsala, a different rendition, but very similar, an italian favorite. I love playing with asian flair in food, any type of food.
People love my chicken marsala, white chicken pizzas, and, of course, steaks.
