about me

My husband and I both love to cook, and we use Recipezaar all the time. My mother, Chef PaulaG, got us hooked on the site a few years ago.

Favorite Foods:

I went to college in New Orleans, and it's a heart-home for both me and my husband. We love Cajun food, from down-home favorites like jambalaya and boiled crawfish, to the haute-Creole that you can only find in NOLA's best restaurants.

I grew up in Texas, so I also love Mexican and Southwestern cuisine. My chili is always a big hit.

P.S. Just a note about my reviews. I generally only post reviews for recipes that I think merit 4 or 5 stars.
