about me

My husband took an early retirement and I decided to join him. Now I have the time to do more expermenting with cooking. I've been cooking and baking since I was seven, so I've been around food long enough to know that there are lots of things that I still need to learn. this site is just what I have been looking for.

Favorite Foods:

Italian and Mexican foods are my favorites but I like to try a varity of things. I look for recipes that can use no/low salt (husband has blood presure problems) and lo-cal. I seldom measure when cooking so I will try to start now.
