about me

I'm primarily into baking, having held two baking jobs in my reasonably short employment history. I'm a college student, french-major and currently wondering what life will soon hold for me as i'll be finishing up my bachelor's really soon.

Favorite Foods:

i don't really cook anything too often, i prefer to be constantly trying new things. I'm most famous for my brownies and "magic bri bars" (after a summer as the head baker at a summer camp) and my favorite restaurant is any restaurant that can make good fish and uses local, in-season ingredients.
