Hello!

I LOVE COFFEE! Well - Mochas mostly - I have become extremely proficient with my $7 espresso machine I got at a thrift store - and I've "perfected" a Mocha Syrup recipe that I'm pretty excited about... Now I don't drink my family into the poorhouse one coffee at a time!
Being from Cincinnati, Ohio, my tastes in spices are towards the sweet and flavorful rather than spicy - I am a big fan of LaRosa's Pizza - so I learned from other 'zaar folks what goes in pizza sauce, mixed up my own concoction, it's posted, and it ROCKS!
Cheese is also a big part of my life...in my diet, in my humor...a stupid joke is good to find. And a mound of grated cheese on anything is a wonderful thing. Oh, how I love cheeses! As a child, I thrived on the simple, individually wrapped (in) plastic cheeses. As I grew up, my tastes developed, cheese that cuts like butter, on to canned cheese, spray cheese, but even as my palate matured to enjoy Real cheese, I never forget my roots... Mmmm... Cheese... there's nothing like it. Grilled Cheese, Mac n Cheese, you name it...I love cheeses, and cheeses loves me. When I grow up, I'm gonna open a restaurant and name it "Cheeses." The slogan will be something like "Lead me to Cheeses," or "Cheeses is the Way...to Salivation" :P
Thanks for reading all this, and God's blessings on all of YOUR family kitchen efforts! Email me if you can...
