Hi!
I am the mother of two wonderful children and have been married for 10 years. I love collecting recipes and cookbooks; however, I don't have as much time or energy to devote to cooking as I would like. I love using the slow cooker and cook with mostly all natural, organic ingredients. I have recently discovered that my son has many food intolerances (corn, soy, dairy and peanuts) so cooking is more difficult now. I love this site and find it very addicting!!

Favorite Foods:

Seafood (especially shellfish), Thai, Japanese, Greek, Italian, Indian Curries, Eggplant, Anything with Whipped Cream and Hot Chocolate Sauce, Basically...I JUST LOVE FOOD!! Too many favorites to list!
