Mother to three grown children. I write short stories and have published a few. But mostly I just take care of my family. I've been cooking good ol' Southern cooking for 40 years. I enjoy cooking, as long as my husband does the dishes!

Favorite Foods:

I love Southern food. Fried Chicken with Milk Gravy, mashed potatoes, Country Fried Steak, etc..Also anything chocolate. Can't go wrong with chocolate. When I had three children close together I learned to make a lot of fast easy dishes that are economical. Nothing fancy around here, but we eat well.
