about me

I'm a city girl at heart (originally from the Burg in Jersey) but moved to a rural area of Kansas a few years ago for a job. I split my free time between cooking and working on the big old house I bought. I generally love ethnic and gourmet dishes but struggle to find ingredients around here.

Favorite Foods:

I'm adventurous when it comes to food but am not much of a seafood fan. I'm probably best known among friends and co-workers for my pesto and my tiaramisu. I'm Italian-American and, as a result of all the great Italian food from my family, I'm pretty picky when it comes to Italian foods. I'm also a coffee snob .
