I have 5 insanely active children ranging from 17 years down to 5 years. We live on the Beautiful Gold Coast in Australia. For fun, when we are not out on the water boating we are usually living out of the back of the car in the pit area racing pocket bikes.

My great passion in the cooking arena would have to be what Americans refer to as 'Tailgate' type dishes. I am always looking for new creations to take to the races or on the boat that will make the other families around look on with envy at how well you can eat out with limited facilities.
