Love spicy foods. Also love healthy foods that can be disguised as fast/junk food (five children). For myself, I love to dabble in gourmet recipes. Live in the northwest in south-central Montana. My favorite cookbook is the Betty Crocker old version cookbooks that use real ingredients like buttermilk and lard. I know they are bad for you if used too often, but they do taste sooo delicious. My passions are nature preservation and my family. I do love to cook, but don't always have the time. My pet peeves are mostly people that don't have a tolerane for others. And people being inconsiderate to the rest of us on this planet.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook is probably lasagna. The dish I am most famous for is my chili. My favorite restaurant is Texas Roadhouse at present, but that changes with my moods.
