Hi! My name is Doreen. I live in Northern New Jersey. Cooking is my passion. I love to prepare new dishes for my family and put my spin on them. Seeing the kids' wide eyes when they taste a new decadent dessert or hearing DH say, "this is delicious" is extremely cool. I am so glad I found this amazing site. Recipe*Zaar by far surpasses all other similar websites. I've been married for 20 years, to the love of my life. I have three "darling" children: Brittany, (19), Jesse (17), and Casey (13). We have two cats, Puddins and Fluffernutter, aka. Bleu..lol, and a baby yorkie named Baci, which means kiss in Italian.

Favorite Foods:

I love broccoli rabe and all Italian food, especially pasta. I also love Mexican, raspberries, avocados, mangos, fresh ground black pepper, grated imported pecorino romano cheese, shrimp, just about any kind of fish and anything with garlic..lol
