I am a single mother of two and a full-time student. I'm very busy so everything I cook has to be pretty simple and fast, but taste great.

Favorite Foods:

We like all kinds of food from Indian to Mexican, etc. Mexican food is probably one of our favorites. I like to cook a few favorites but the rest of the time I like to keep it varied and try new things.
