I am a school psychologist and enjoy cooking, traveling, dancing, sports and music. I have a very sweet and active 6 year old son.

My favorite restaurants are The Signature Room on the 95th in Chicago and the Cheesecake Factory. I love to try anything new and my cabinet is like an international food market! The spicier the food, the better! Cooking is one of the most wonderful things that a person can do. My son loves to mix and help in the kitchen; it brings everyone joy when he is creating his masterpiece.

Favorite Foods:

My parents are from Kerala, India, so I have been raised with South Indian food. Anything simple and quick to make after a long day at work is what I prefer. I love to make biryani, bhel puri, and all sorts of curries and vegetables.

My favorite foods are Thai green mango salad, banana splits, Indian style cutlet, trifle, smoothies, tres leches cake, and key lime pie. I am always looking for recipes of this kind and love to experiment. Beauty recipes are also interesting, and India has plenty to offer.

Sweets are my favorite-I love to make sweets and share with my family and friends!
