I am a wife & mom who works full time and enjoys family time together around the table. I love creating new meals for my "picky" family. Almost always they eat everything I make and I like that! Our lives are so busy but I know that meal times together are important and can be lots of fun.

Favorite Foods:

Mexican & bbq are favorites of mine. I recently did tamales and although they were a lot of work, I was pleased with the results.
