I don't have a favourite cookbook, but I do have a lot of them!
We go back to NE once a year to ski and see grandkids.
My pet peeve is people who just don't pay attention to what is going on in the world!!!

Favorite Foods:

Indian curries; fish, chicken, some beef and pork. Love all veggies and fruits. I have a more adventoursome palate than DH altho he protests that is not so!!! Anyway, we try it all.
