I love to cook! And I love to tinker with recipes. I am practically incapable of making a recipe as it is written... I even have to doctor mixes! Sad, I know...

Favorite Foods:

As I live in a very rainy place, my favorite food has got to be soup. Followed by more soup, and then a little more soup! I also like pasta, and mashed things, and things on toast, and things made in a toaster oven, and... well, pretty much everything. I'm not even remotely picky.

When it comes to eating out, I mostly like ethnic foods: Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese, and Lebanese, and food from Crete, and food from Scotland and, oh, basically food from everywhere! Portland, where I live, happens to have some of the best ethnic dining in America, all at very reasonable prices.
