about me

I used to own a cake and cookie specialty shop but am now working as an RN. What a change that has been. I don't get a chance to make cookies like I used to, but it's great when I have the time to do so. I still make wedding cakes on occasion, like this past August when my youngest daughter got married. Gee, it's harder when you have to clean up your own mess.

Favorite Foods:

I love cooking. A family recipe has been handed down for some fabulous barbeque ribs that are to die for. I've not yet published any recipes, but one never knows when one might appear
