I'm from Chattanooga, TN. I love living in the South, and I love Southern food (especially my grandmother's old recipes.) I think the reason I love to cook is because I grew up close to her and she was always making something delicious!

Favorite Foods:

Everyone always requests my chicken casserole (originally my grandmother's recipe.) I love cooking dishes that are a little different, and I don't mind if they take a little extra work. My favorite restaurant is Kanpai of Tokyo. Their filet always turns out nice and tender!
