Messy Kitchen Maid

about me

I live in the best part of Jersey,the Jersey Shore.Being a single working Mom,I have very little free time but I try to spend at least one
day a week cooking.I adore Cooking!!!.When I was
10,I attempted to open up a "free Restaurant" in the basement of my home for all my friends..that's until my father stopped me!.I come from Polish ancestors on my Dad's side,so I
guess that's where I get it.I work as a Mattress
salesperson durng the day,there's alot of down time between customers so I get to read alot,alot of that is cook books.
I love the Zaar,I will try absolutly anything by
MizzNezz,although there are sooo many great chefs
on here it's amazing!!

1.CHOCOLATE!!!!

3.OH,AND CHOCOLATE TOO!!!

I have a number of good restaurants I go to,mostly local.My favorite take out place for
BBQ is in Egg Harbor NJ,it's called "Chef Charles
Kitchen".The guy's got these HUGE smokers outside
and I swear you can smell the briskett for 2 miles!!!.Exit 37 off parkway south,make left,
down a 1/2 mile on left..it's not in the greatest
area but Man is it worth the trip!!!
I have 2 signature dishes (which I will post)
one is for meatloaf (which is moist and full of flavor),the other is my "Garlic Crabs".
People call me in the summer just to try to
get an invitation to dinner for these!!.Alot of work,but worth every minute of prep.I will post this too!!
