I am an avid reader of cookbooks. I'm always looking for recipes that my grandmother used to use. The only thing is she did not speak English and never wrote anything down. I keep searching for just the right "taste". Now that I am retired, I have more time to try things out. When I find the right ones, I will write them down to pass on to my children. Cooking is my passion!
