about me

Me? Recreational player of sports, drinker of beer with friends, a crafty sort, baker and cook (self acclaimed). Grew up close to my family of 8, plus tonnes of cousins. I am slowly aquiring all of my grandma's recipe's, cuz thier so darn delish! I'm a lot like her as I am a homemaker at heart. I'm the one in the family that does most of the cooking prep for the traditional ukrainian Christmas Eve supper. Have a seven year old daughter to cook for and she loves almost anything I make. Lucky mom.

Favorite Foods:

Favorite dish, mostly all the ukrainian ones. Cheese buns, nalysnyky, cabbage rolls (rice and bacon variety), and pizza. Favorite restaurant would have to be "Moxie's." My daughter loves perogies. Her restaurant.....McDonald's (for the toy and play place). Cook on!
