Even though my mother (pictured with me above) couldn't drag me into the kitchen growing up, the kitchen and I have found eachother and boy do I love to cook! I used to tell her I knew how to cut up a chicken to get out of "helping" and the first time I actually did it in my own kitchen, the chicken ended up in 25 pieces. Those bones were hard to cut thru!I'm making my girls a cookbook of recipes to pass on that got a "10" and Recipezaar is what has taken it to the next level. EVERYDAY I am so excited to see the pictures that have been added.

I LOVE MEXICAN! I'm known for my beef enchiladas, guacamole, iced tea, and buffalo chicken dip. My kids have been eating picante sauce and chips since the age of 2, probably because I inhaled hot sauce when I was pregnant, couldn't get enough!
