I have been collecting recipes for quite a few years now and love experimenting with new recipes from around the world.
A small bit about my reviews/ratings, in case someone wonders why I only give 4 or 5 stars: I really only post a review/rating for recipes that I like and plan to make again. If I don't like a recipe at all I just leave it be.
Lately I've found myself cooking a lot of Japanese meals, however, we also love Italian, Greek, German, Mexican, Chinese and many more.
My favorite restaurant is in Berlin, Carpaccio (Italian).
