I live in Conway, in central Arkansas. I have lived in Arkansas my whole life.

I have worked in the medical field since I was 19 y/o. I now work for a wonderful doctor, since 1998, who loves to eat whatever I cook. I have been married to a wonderful man since October 1999. We have a beautiful daughter born in April 2001. I have two stepsons, 22 and 18. They always come through the door and ask, "What's for dinner?" The younger one calls me when he is cooking asking for tips or directions.

I love to go camping with friends and spend time on the lake. Of course, we eat a lot!

I love homestyle cookbooks, but am interested lately in Italian or Mexican.

I love to make desserts. It always makes people happy. Cheesecakes have to be one of my favorite, as are my boss'.

I have a real problem with people destroying my "masterpieces!" Just ask my brother in law! LOL

Favorite Foods:

I am known for my Potato Soup. It is always requested at Deer Camp and even in summer by the boys.

My favorite restaurants right now are Italian. We have one locally, Bene Vita, which is Northern Italian (Great Salmon served with pasta and poached spinach)! As a chain I really like
Macaroni Grill (Chicken Scallopini)! YUMMY!
