I am a busy stay at home mom with two beautiful boys. My 4 year old loves to cause trouble and my 2 year old loves to get him into trouble! Since being married, I have discovered a new passion! I love cooking. The kitchen was always the last place you would find me, now I can't find enough time creating recipes. My favorite way to cook is with a list of ingredients. I never seem to follow a recipe exactly and enjoy making new dishes by adding a little of this and a little of that. Maybe even a smidgen along the way!

Favorite Foods:

I love to make my own spaghetti sauce with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and sugar as surprise ingredients, and I have a hard time eating it anywhere else. I have fun making desserts, especially for others. I spend a lot of time looking for good one dish or soup recipes. My favorite food is without a doubt sushi but I haven't attempted to make that yet. I enjoy recipes that are quick and easy to make with ingredients usually kept on hand.
