about me

i'm a stay-at-home mom from manila, philippines. i've always loved cooking ever since i can remember. my mom loved to cook and she'd ask me to help around the kitchen when i was only 6 years old. from there, i guess my love for cooking developed. i also love reading, taking long walks and picnics on cloudy days, leisurely biking and swimming. i don't like people who are judgmental, domineering, and those who think they know it all.

Favorite Foods:

i love cooking one-dish meals because they are so convenient, although i cook almost anything. my specialty is my "paksiw na pata" or ham hocks in a light vinegar-and-sugar sauce and my eggplant pie (grilled eggplant with ground beef, spices, rice, and cheese).
