Our family dog, Rocky - the best dog we've ever had!

I have been married for 18 years and have two wonderful sons, ages 14 and 13. They are very much involved in sports so that means I am always looking for quick, easy and delicious meals - not necessarily in that order!


My favorite cookbook is hard to narrow down because I have quite a few! I'd have to say, right now, I really am enjoying any cookbook that has slow cooker recipes. There's nothing like coming home to a meal that's all ready for you!

Favorite Foods:

I love anything Italian! Mexican is a close second. And then there is chocolate - wish I didn't, but I love it. I am not a fan of seafood, though. I am known for baking great pies.

My hobbies, other than cooking, include spending time with my family, going to the gym, playing tennis, watching all kinds of sports (especially when my sons are playing), scrapbooking and vacationing with my family.
