I'm a divorced college student mom of two great kids. I love cooking, but hate doing the dishes!

Favorite Foods:

Probably my favorite "comfort" food is homemade beef or turkey gravy poured over biscuits or bread...mmmmm.
* cherry poptarts, toasted, of course
spinach and artichoke ANYTHING
grilled cheese sandwiches with harvarti, goatcheese, colby...something other than processed american
* a REALLY good steak, medium rare
* Tortellini and Spinach Bake Tortellini and Spinach Bake
Honeycrisp apples
strawberries, dipped in homemade whipped cream
* GREEK, GREEK, GREEK!
* and, Chinese. Especially an EXCELLENT egg drop soup.
