about me

I am semi retired and am writing my first book. It is an exciting enterprise. I enjoy cooking, playing bridge, reading, hiking and travelling with my husband.

Favorite Foods:

I try to cook and eat healthily. So I look for recipes with little sweetener. I enjoy sprouting and making my own yogurt. There was a time when I did lots of cooking with sourdough.
