I am an entrepreneur student at UW-Eau Claire. I'm looking forward to starting my own event planning business in May. But in the meantime, I get my kicks from cooking dinner all the time for my roommate and a bunch of friends. This website is amazing!

I love anything with curry. I recently had this great banana curry dish out at a Thai restaurant, but I haven't been able to find a similar recipe. I'm also a big cookie fan--cookies are my weakness.
