about me

I absolutly love to cook and have 3 hungry kids who love to taste test. Our house rule is you have to try something at least once before you can say you dont like it.Lots of hits and misses over the years but lots of surprise favorites too.
I read cook books like novels and have been know to buy up all the cookbooks at a yard sale.I sometimes have to sneak them it to the house under the threat of getting thrown out if I bring one more in!

I have been a pampered chef consultant for 4 monthes. I get to share great products and cooking tips that help make peoples lives easier. I love what I do.

I like all kinds of food and love trying regional favorites from all over the world.I traveled a lot as a Army spouse so I like to cook international dishes. I've a soft spot for southern country cooking and the hips to prove it.
