about me

I love to cook! I am always using recipezaar as my number 1 go to for all recipes! I am a secretary by trade but my passion is in the kitchen. I love trying new recipes and i love to cook for family and friends. Baked goods are my favorite things to make but i cook almost anything. My favorite recipes normally contain less then 10 ingredients. I am happily married for the past 27 years to the most wonderful, caring and kindest person i know. I have two amazing kids.. Matt is 22 and Lauren is 19. I have been blessed and never take any of it for granted.

Favorite Foods:

I love sweets!!! i also love spicy food... i love when recipes have lots of flavor. if i had to classify my tastes... it would be # 1 Italian, #2 Mexican, #3 American, #4 Chinese. And my all time favorite food in the world is Ice Cream!!! If they had that as a diet.... sign me up! Although Gelato is really amazing... so creamy, smooth and rich... and there's nothing better then a great tasting pizza... thin crust is the best.. and well done of course! I just a foodie at heart... i wish i wasn't such a great cook cause i can't afford it.. "weight wise" ... i'm referring to the extra pounds being such an amazing cook.... lol hahahaha
