Stay home mom of four children - husband works for Anheuser-Busch and I love getting new beer recipes. I like healthy cooking as well as easy recipes for a big family.

Mexican, homemade salsa, appetizers!!! Some of my fav restaurants include Ajo Al's in Scottsdale, Oregeno's Pizza Bistro in Scottsdale, Roy's in Maui, Mi Cocina in Kansas City, Shintaro in Las Vegas. Big fan of Sushi!!
