Favorite cookbook: I have so many and yet once I got high speed internet and moved a computer close to the kitchen....I always come here. Recipezarr is my favorite cookbook

I like recipes which fit diet plans, currently low fat/ high fiber. But subject to go back to low carb at any moment. I like organic when possible and scratch cooking all the time.

My Pet Peeves are high fructose corn syrup.

Big self centered people, driving Hummers, talking on their cell phones....who will state they drive this oversized death box because it is safer??? For whom??? Certainly not for me and my child in our economy car, or the environment, or national security (as related to the dependance on foreign sorces of energy).

Favorite Foods:

My favorite meal is Thanksgiving, or anytime I get to host a crowd.
My most known dish I don't even consider a dish but I wrap melon pieces in procuitto (spelling)people love it.
