about me

I developed my passion for cooking at the age of 12. I learned my basics from my grandmother who was a great cook, herself. I always love to tinker around recipes in the kitchen and come up with a surprisingly wonderful cuisine. My girlfriend appreciates my cooking a lot, that's why I love her so much. I try to make every recipe I make as interesting and as exciting as can be.

Favorite Foods:

I am a pasta enthusiast, although I also experiment on a lot of Mediterranean dishes. Right now, I am trying on new varieties in cooking paella. People associate me with a Filipino appetizer called the Kinilaw. I also love to fuse recipes and come up with a very unique and exciting treat~!
