live west texas....retired home health nurse. i have a large herb garden and try new recipes with my herbs frequently. i read recipe books (any & all) like novels.....i make & can natural foods such as cactus, berries. i am a christain and enjoy the sights & sounds of God's nature. i love to share recipes with my friends.

Favorite Foods:

mexican food is my passion ! but, i eat a wide variety of foods. (willing to try anything once)! i enjoy preparing unusual dishes to take to our church functions to see peoples reactions and share recipes with them. i do not like to eat out very much due to "bland, no taste" foods.....home cooked is for me !
