I grind my own flour and roll my own oat groats. It's amazing how much flavor is lost when grains have been heat processed and shelved for months. I am very passionate about raw foods and not feeding my family prepackaged, preservative filled foods. I bake all our bread fresh.
We love our local NC raw creamed honey. And use it in all kinds of recipes.
Sucanat is my favorite sugar to bake with.
