I live just north of Houston. I am a stay at home mom and I cook for nine people every day. My favorite cookbook is Martha Milting's "My Best to You" she is a retired caterer in this area and my whole family loves her stuff. Passions? Well, I wouldn't say church I would say fellowship with other believers and foremost my relationship with Christ and other than that my children are a source of great happiness in my life.

Favorite Foods:

My first love is mexican food. My favorite dish is a toss between steak and a Macaroni Grill imitation "farfalle al sugo bianco". I think....I love fried fish with tartar sauce. I am famous for my enchiladas. They are really very simple, but I get requests from friends to make them as well as my family. We have a restaurant in town called El Pollinos I have eaten there all my life and it will always be #1 with me. I believe there is one in San Antonio run by the owner's brother. The cheese dip is fabulous I may have to put the recipe on here it is too good to keep a secret.
