about me

I am a mother of 4 boys. Come from a long line of matriarchs that are great cooks! Comfort foods are the specialty......Grandmaother is 93 and lives at home and still cooks for the family on Sundays after church! Yummm! She has been a great source of recipes and information. I also enjoy sewing (quilts mainly) Love to cook and serve meals to anyone that will let me do it!

Favorite Foods:

Comfort foods........biggest weakness- Yeast rolls! A specialty is carrot cake.....a recipe from long time, past down to me. Also chicken and homemade noodles, fried chicken and my version of mashed potatoes, shepards pie, Korean chicken or beef. May sound boring to some but it's what I have been enjoying all my life. Keeps my family full and happy! :0)
