I am a graduate student who loves to cook but lacks time and money to do the really extravagant things I love to make. Maybe in six years or so!

I'll eat just about anything. I love to throw dinner parties, but several of my friends have dietary restrictions so I find myself having to get really creative. This just makes me a better cook I think!
