Hi I live in Fayetteville NC, I am retired, the mother of 4, 2 adult children and two toddlers. I stay pretty busy. I Love to cook and I Love this site. I am not sure what I am gonna post yet, since so many of my recipes come from here. However, I am sure I can dig up a few recipes here and there.

Favorite Foods:

I enjoy a variety of foods. I just don't like things that are very spicy. I have given up restraunts since I started becoming serious about cooking, my food is often far better. I even make our ice cream since Kitcen Aid came out with their ice cream maker!!!
