about me

I am always looking for new recipes so I am glad I found this site. I have a strange situation due to being allergic to a few staple foods (wheat, corn, and I can only eat potatoes about once a week). It takes time but I have been able to modify many recipes here in order to try them. They will turn out a little different sometimes but most of the time they are very good. There are only a few dishes that I cook more than once.

Favorite Foods:

I am a huge fan of crockpot cooking. I am always searching for new recipes due to the convenience. I only make chicken or pork dishes which limits my choices.
