Hello!
Thanks for stopping by...I am a wonderfully fortunate woman to have a spectacular Husband and FOUR! beautiful babies DD's 6 & 4 a DS who's 2 PLUS! A new baby girl born Feb. 22, 2008!! Yikes!. I am able to stay home and take care of our family, which is daunting at times but I wouldn't change a thing. Life is busy (to say the least) - I don't get to cook and bake enough these days but I know I will be able to get back into it at some point.
I don't have a favorite cookbook...Zaar is my favorite spot for recipes and cooking help.
I am passionate about my family and friends.
My pet peeves; I guess I would say a major one that I encounter almost everyday is people who believe that the rules of the road DO NOT apply to them...it makes me NUTS!!!!

Favorite Foods:

I love food period! I love trying new things and experiencing a meal that is well made and well put together. I love Indian, Italian, Greek, Japanese, French and want to try more!
I don't have a favorite dish to cook...which is why I rarely cook the same thing twice! DH once asked for a menu bcs there were too many choices for meal planning. I am now trying to incorporate only one or two new recipes in a week...I must say it's hard!
Favorite restaurant, we went out recently (adults only!) to a restaurant here in town called Verses, it's in an old church which is really beautiful and the food was superb - maybe it's bcs I was able to eat my food while it was hot and didn't get interrupted!
