I am a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I love to cook so long as my husband is home to clean up after me. My fav cookbooks...eh...I don't know that I have a fav persay, but of the ones I own The American Vegetarian Cookbook (Marilyn Diamond) and my Moosewood cookbooks get the most use. I get a lot of my recipes online or invent them myself

Fav foods to cook? Chicken and sausage stew is a huge hit with the kids. My husband likes almost anything I make (smart man) but really loves my Jambalaya. My friends (at potlucks) rave about my hummus and tiramisu

I love to eat anything I make, but LOVE thai, mexican and vegetarian dishes. I can't cook chinese or japanese food worth a dime.
