about me

I am single with two children who graduated from Michigan State University. I love to cook and try out new recipes on my boyfriend and friends and family...Cooking to me is a form of stress release...I get stressed out and I bake...My boyfriend is a Type 2 diabetic, so now I look for recipes I can alter for him..
For the last couple of years between New Years and Easter, I put on a big Sunday dinner for family and friends...They all come at 4pm sharp I have a heated garage that I set up so we can eat all together and it is a great way for us to see each other during the winter months. It also keeps me busy in the winter as winter is not my favorite time of year....This year I have been doing theme dinners and it has been alot of fun...the new menu addition to recipezaar has been great...I figure out the menu and email it to all the people that come...they love it!
