Hi everyone! Thanks in advance for giving my recipes a try. Through trial and error, sometimes I come up with some tasty dishes! My hubby and his big Italian family are my critics as to what passes the test and what meets the trash can! hahah Soon, I will have another critic, my 1 year old son.

In my spare time, I do cake decorating and bake quite a bit. I like to run and keep myself busy with all kinds of hobbies. It is finding the time that is tough to get everything in.
